General terms and conditions applicable to the contract and main service characteristics: The professional services execution will be done as services hiring, in accordance with the rules and regulations for the Spanish and Catalan professional associations. To take over a mandate is never a guarantee of success.
Fee fixing arrangement: The laywer’s fees will be established in a free way (art. 1255 Spanish civil code; arts. 39.1 and 39.2 ‘Catalan lawyers rules’).
Cooperation: In cooperation with other lawyers, tax consultants, real estate agents, and other competent partners in Spain and Germany.
